Question2: What should I do if I can't find Bluetooth?
Answer:
1. Confirm whether the customer's multimedia system is 3G? (How to confirm: There is a large rotary knob behind the gear selector that represents MMI 3G. If there isn't, there are only two buttons. Then it's not MMI 3G.)
2. If yes, please refer to the following steps to try: 1). If the car Bluetooth connection fails, first check if the Bluetooth adapter indicator light is on. If it's not on, it means it's not powered. Check if the interface is properly connected. 2). If the light is on but there's no sound, check if the car's entertainment system AUX has been set to external Bluetooth
3. The light is on, AUX is set up, but there's still no sound. You can try deleting the paired device from both the host and the phone first, then reconnect them again
4. If you still can't connect, try using a different phone or other Bluetooth device to connect. If it connects with that device, it means your phone or other Bluetooth device is faulty. We recommend replacing or upgrading your device. If you still can't connect, restart the entertainment system host or power cycle it before trying again
5. If you still can't connect, you need to go to a repair shop to check the status of the entertainment system's main unit Bluetooth module, inspect and repair or upgrade the software. (Car system mismatch)
6. Important Notes: If the light is on normally and the phone shows a Bluetooth name, it means the wiring is not connected properly or there's an issue with the AUX settings. Question3: What should I do if the product is not powered on? What should I pay attention to before buying?
Answer: 1.Before purchasing, you need to confirmwhether the AMI socket can be powered on normally. The AMI interface of some models has pins, but the pins have no power-on function, which is a design problem.；
2.After purchasing, it is found that the product cannot activate Bluetooth normally. You need to connect two No. 22 electronic cables by yourself, one connected to the positive electrode of the power supplyandthe other connected to the negative electrode of the power supply,which can be connected and used normally (contact customer service for the wiring diagram)
